To guarantee a full treatment, please arrive on time. If arriving late and the time allows, the guest will be given a full treatment time. If the time does not allow, the service will be adjusted accordingly without the change to the price.
If an appointment is cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment time, there will be no cancellation fee. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, there will be a 50% cancellation fee, unless the appointment time is filled.
For no-shows, 100% of the booked appointment price will be charged as a no-show fee.
The spa is a place to unwind & relax. We ask that your phone be put on silent & children under 18 be accompanied by an adult.
